A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, and has an extensive background in operations management. Our mission aligns with Matt's beliefs of wanting to keep loved ones in their own homes as long as possible where they can age comfortably with grace and dignity. We are focused on providing quality service that exceeds our clients expectations.

Keri Gustafson
Vice President
Franchise Owner
A licensed Speech Language Pathologist with over 10 years of experience working in a variety of healthcare settings. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a master’s degree from the University of Central Florida. Keri is passionate about helping our clients make the best decisions for their loved ones while navigating the aging process.

Kelly Roche
Director of Marketing
With background in Durable Medical Equipment Sales (DME) and Occupational Therapy Kelly joined the SAFE HOMECARE family in June of 2024. She has a caring personality and is very determined to go above and beyond for her clients, which perfectly aligns with our mission.

Jennifer Walton
Director of Operations
With over 15 years in the healthcare industry, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and a huge heart to our organization. She’s focused on providing compassionate, quality care while making sure safety and accuracy are always the top priority. Beyond her work with patients, she’s also a dedicated leader who loves helping her teammates grow both personally and professionally.

Chris Gonzalez
Operations Manager
Chris brings over 20 years of experience in the health and social services field, where he has dedicated his career to supporting individuals and communities. He leads our Operations Team with a focus on individual development and teamwork in order to provide the best care for our clients. His has a deep commitment to providing quality care enabling our clients to have the best possible experience with SAFE HOMECARE.

Rebecca Cedeno
Care Coordinator
With a background in Human Resources she has a passion for recruiting and putting others to work. A caring and outgoing person, she loves meeting new people and building meaningful connections. She stays actively involved in her community through volunteer work and enjoys making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Ashli Dukes
Recruiter
Ashli has a strong background as both a Recruiter and Home Health Aide, she brings a well-rounded understanding of patient care and workforce development within homecare. Drawing from her military background, and holding a degree in criminal justice, Ashli leads with integrity. She has a results-driven mindset, ensuring that caregivers are not only qualified but aligned with the mission of delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
