Matt Gustafson

President

Franchise Owner, Matt Gustafson is a native Floridian. Matt graduated from Florida Atlantic University and has a background in operations management.  ​Our mission aligns with Matt's beliefs of wanting to keep loved ones in their own homes as long as possible where they can age comfortably with grace and dignity. At SAFE HOMECARE we are focused on providing quality service that exceeds our clients expectations.

Keri Gustafson

Vice President

Keri is also a Native Floridian. She completed her undergraduate studies from the University of Florida, and master’s degree from University of Central Florida. Keri has a background in Speech Language Pathology and enjoys helping others which is why she decided to join her husband at SAFE HOMECARE.

Kelly Roche

Director of Business Development

Kelly, originally from Ohio has a background in Durable Medical Equipment Sales (DME) and is an Occupational Therapist Assistant at a local hospital. Kelly joined the SAFE HOMECARE family in June of 2024. She has a caring personality and is very determined to go above and beyond for her clients, which perfectly aligns with our mission.

Nicole Perotti

Client Relations Manager

Nicole Perotti, originally from New York. Studied International Business at Lehigh University in PA. She has an extensive background in management and acquisitions. Nicole is very active in the community. She is on the board of her kids PTA, as well as an advocate for autism. Nicole is first and foremost, a wife and a mother of two children. She looks forward to helping SAFE HOMECARE continue to provide the best care possible to our community.
