A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, and has an extensive background in operations management. Our mission aligns with Matt's beliefs of wanting to keep loved ones in their own homes as long as possible where they can age comfortably with grace and dignity. We are focused on providing quality service that exceeds our clients expectations.

Keri Gustafson

A licensed Speech Language Pathologist with over 10 years of experience working in a variety of healthcare settings. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a master’s degree from the University of Central Florida. Keri is passionate about helping our clients make the best decisions for their loved ones while navigating the aging process.

Kelly Roche

Director of Business Development

With background in Durable Medical Equipment Sales (DME) and Occupational Therapy Kelly joined the SAFE HOMECARE family in June of 2024. She has a caring personality and is very determined to go above and beyond for her clients, which perfectly aligns with our mission.

Brooke Martson

Account Executive

With over a decade of experience in the health industry, Brooke has served in both direct client care and executive leadership roles. Her passion for service extends beyond the workplace through active engagement in the local community. She proudly serves on several nonprofit boards, driving initiatives that support health and well-being and is excited to continue this commitment with the SAFE HOMECARE team.

Chris Gonzalez

Operations Manager

Chris brings over 20 years of experience in the health and social services field, where he has dedicated his career to supporting individuals and communities. He leads our Operations Team with a focus on individual development and teamwork in order to provide the best care for our clients.  His has a deep commitment to providing quality care enabling our clients to have the best possible experience with SAFE HOMECARE.

Nicole Perotti

Operations Supervisor

With a background in international business, management and customer service. Nicole is on local PTA board, as well as an advocate for autism. She looks forward to helping SAFE HOMECARE continue to provide the best care possible to our community.

Rebecca Cedeno

Operations Coordinator

With a background in Human Resources she has a passion for recruiting and putting others to work. A caring and outgoing person, she loves meeting new people and building meaningful connections. She stays actively involved in her community through volunteer work and enjoys making a positive impact in the lives of others.
